"Fast checkin with pleasant staff. Room very clean and interior nicely done."

"The location of the hotel was very convenient for graduation at ASU. There are plenty of places to eat in walking distance but also very close to the university. The bathrooms had shower curtains that are not clean. Our first room had to be changed due to the shower drain being clogged from the jump. The tv remote did not work well, the blankets were visibly brown when held to the light. The bedding was cheap and hard feeling. The sink faucet fell off and there were rust marks in several areas. The furniture was old and the carpet was less than pleasant."

"In the daytime this feels okay and the pics look great. But arriving about 730pm this is not in the best neighborhood. As a mom with a daughter traveling, we didn’t feel the safest. The water in the room also smelled terrible. This was a VIP stay through orbitz and I’m truly was disappointed with orbitz and rating."

"Looks can be deceiving. Do not book. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they were not accommodating at all. So many of the amenities were down, and the staff was not helpful at all. The last straw for me was when I asked for late checkout initially they granted that request and said that we could stay until noon. At 11:15 AM they were banging on our door like the police. I aexplained that we had been granted late checkout, and they still rushed us out although my boyfriend was in a business meeting virtually and our flight was not until later that night. The pool was disgustingly dirty, the breakfast was cereal and old milk. Even the donuts were stale. The waffle machine was broken. The bathroom sink was leaking and the Jacuzzi stopper was not available so we could not use it. Please save yourself the grief."
