"Nice hotel located closed to a casino with free parking and breakfast while check in was cumbersome because they have in record that was one room instead of two this was solved after talking with management later one of the rooms have water loss in the bathroom and need to move to another one."

"Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Schwimmbad und die Massagen sind super. Die Speisen im Restaurant sind sehr gut. Leider machen die Aufzüge keinen vertrauenswürdigen Eindruck."

"We arrived to the hotel and were given a room that had a terrible noise on the AC. The window of the room on the 6th floor was broken.
