"Gorgeous place- fantastic service overall, but our only complaint was that hospitality had trouble stocking necessities like a bath mat for the bathroom floor (all slippery tile) and providing soap/ shampoo/etc; it seemed like they didn’t realize that the bottles had labels and served different needs. "Our stay was great. The hotel was everything you wanted it to be for a quick one night stay. What was pleasantly unexpected was how welcoming & fun John was & how he really set the tone for our stay. He made everything go seamlessly & was so knowledgeable! He offered my sister and I complimentary refreshments as it was her 30th birthday we were in town for. He also made sure we had a city view and we didn't even ask! As soon as he was done with us he handled an issue with another guests parking...
