"The staff at this hotel was wonderful! The only disappointment was the 50 minute massage I booked, the room was very cold, the masseuse left after about 40 and invited me to lay there for another 5 to 10 minutes.. then left without saying goodbye.. I saved my tip lol ! But everything else was very good and we would happily stay there again!"

"We had a great time and a positive experience in general. The location of the hotel is perfect - close to the beach and the main strip. At the same time it's in the quiet more family-oriented part of the resort and it was quiet at night. The food was quite nice as well and there were beer, drinks and ice-cream/snacks throughout the day. The negatives - this is not a 4 star hotel. It looks and feels more like a 3* hotel. On the balcony there were rust spots and bird poo which was not cleaned....
