"We can’t believe we were so lucky to find this amazing place!!! It has great free parking, easy walk to everything and wasn’t in the crazy, touristy town of Gerome… but minutes away. We spent more time in Orthinsar than anywhere because it was so charming. The breakfast was wonderful… omelets, full spread. The pool is clean and in a great spot for after a long day for a swim in the sun. If we return to Cappadocia, we wouldn’t stay anywhere but the Noble Blue. Ps. Loved the staff, too!!!"

"The rooms were cleaned every day. Hussein was amazing and went far and above to make sure we were comfortable. We experienced kindness from everyone. Samira, owner, was also helpful by showing us the best places to see and visit. It would be amiss of me not to mention the traditional Turkish breakfast offered. As I write, I just wish I could be there. The decorations were beautiful and made it feel more homey. I recommend staying in Ortahisar and drive to Gerome or Uchisar or other places....

"This is a real cave hotel unlike a lot of others in Göreme which are Cave in name only. By the standards of living in a cave it is beyond expectations. You do give up some in terms of comfort and space but the experience is unique. You do have to watch your head and steps and there’s a lot of climbing up and down. The staff is really friendly even though not all speak good English. Google Translate helps. The cook Fatima is a joy. Just a wonderful personality even with the language barrier. Alp the night manager is also a very sweet guy. The owner Laura lives right next door and her dog Rocksy is a shameless hedonist! You need to scratch her and give her some love as she’ll be waiting for you at the door. She’s a Goldie Mix with a grey coat. You feel like you’re coming home every time you walk through the door. Ahmed the hotel manager is a fountain of information and very helpful throughout our stay. Do come and enjoy the unique ambiance. When the lights come on after dark it’s quite magical. Don’t stay here if you have some physical conditions. It’s quieter than Göreme and I would pick this over that town any day. It’s only a 10 minute taxi ride if you want to go over but you won’t have to deal with the crowd"
