The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were respectful, friendly, and always helpful. Check-in was easy and hassle-free, even with our late arrival, which we really appreciated. The location is a major plus! It’s only about a 5–7 minute walk to Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and Sultanahmet Square, with plenty of local shops, restaurants, and places to explore nearby. It’s a convenient base for sightseeing, especially if you want to discover Istanbul’s historic attractions on foot.

The room was very small, which made our stay a bit challenging, especially with my 87-year-old mom. The breakfast quality was good, but the dining area was often overcrowded. We also had no control over the room temperature (to make it cold), and it was sometimes uncomfortably hot. It got better when the weather cooled down. Additionally, we were without water for about 16 hours due to flooding, which made the overall experience less pleasant. However, I have to mention that the staff and manager did their best to help us. They moved us to a bigger room and tried to adjust the temperature to make our stay more comfortable. We really appreciated their efforts.

The staff were unhelpful. The Wi-Fi was not working, and they kept saying they would send someone to check it, but the problem was never fixed. There was also no heating in the room. When we complained, they simply told us to cover ourselves well. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience
