"I cant fault this hotel it provided all the amenities of a great hotel but with a unique homely feel. Staff were all lovely and very welcoming and the food was great especially the breakfasts. "The room was snug as the hotel name suggests but very cosy, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for an overnight business stay. The reception staff were amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area with what to see and do, the price was also right and we will stay again as we felt it was in the heart of the action in Galway city, excellent!"
