"Had a great week at the abbey court hotel. rooms were spacious and clean. Great atmosphere throughout the hotel.
Breakfast was great and also had a couple of dinners in the restaurant which were fantastic too. Staff very helpful. Would definitely be back"
"We asked for a cart to bring in our tons of luggage expecting to go out to the car with it to unload. Not only did they bring us a cart but they came out to the car and helped us with all of the luggage. When we checked in, our rooms were very warm. We thought we had adjusted the air conditioning in both rooms before dinner but when we came back, one room was still hot. When I said something to the man at reception, he came right up and fixed it. We really appreciated how they went the extra mile to help us"
"A lovely stay. It’s an old hotel with a special vibe but the staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. The food was fantastic and my room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Even though the rooms could do with some refurbishment, this places into insignificance when compared to the great food and lovely staff"
"The car park had very good electric charging at a range of speeds. Parking for hotel guests was in competition with the large conference suite and the leisure club; once conference-goers left there was more space. The room was nice and leisure suite was good. Food was excellent though the hotel ignored my attempts to book a table for dinner until the day of our arrival (I used the messaging process and the form on their own website) and the bar table was not really to our liking (noisy surroundings due to lots of hard surfaces). However staff were friendly and helpful throughout.
Breakfast in the restaurant was good; good food and attentive staff."
"All staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating regarding giving what to visit and booking taxis etc. The breakfast staff were always efficient and friendly setting up a great feel for the day."
