Our home town airport my drivers license was lost. I had to go to a government website and get a temporary ID to board the plane, the next morning. I asked the desk attendant if they could print the paperwork sent by email. No problem, i was told, just send it to a particular email and they would hold it at the desk. I received a return email stating that they weren’t allowed to print it. Next morning while having breakfast, i went to the front dest and ask if they could print the email, sent the night before. The front desk attendant said, “no problem, i’ll take care of it”. A moment later She brought the document. Great service.
