If you wanna go to byron area and not feel like ur confined or leaving broke from just staying somewhere value for everything, this is the best place for everything.....was impressed with the cabin felt very comfortable from bed, couch and just the space with all facilities in there. Even though i had double bunks in loungeroom and was staying by myself i actually found em to be useful sorting all gifts and stuff i took up there....
Good place to stay for a few nights.
Beds comfortable.
Main room a bit cramped with the addition of bunk bed.
Nice pool. Site was small in a good way. Lots of residents in park showing it is a good place to stay.
Easy to find.
Reception staff really helpful.

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
Convenient location. Comfortable bed. Easy parking. Cabin was quite small and cramped, and bunk beds were unmade. Floors were quite grubby and cupboards smelt musty.
We needed to arrive and leave whilst the office was closed ie during the night. The staff organised everything, and everything was exactly as they had promised. Well done
This is our second stay at Big 4 Tasman and it will be forever our go to when we visit our Lennox Head family in future. My 11yr old always looks forward to riding the pedal cars and always is out an about from the early hours doing so.
The staff are super accomodating and friendly. They even call you to see that you are still checking and that you’re alright. We were clearly having too good a time with the family.
Thanks again Cathy and team!!

The after hours check-in was troublesome. It was very dark, misread entry instructions, cabin site wasn’t properly indicated on map, went to wrong site, had trouble exiting because of misreading of entry instructions in darkness. Surprised to find no hand soap in bathroom basin. But lady on duty was very prompt and helpful in fixing all these problems. Beds very comfy, nice having TV in all rooms, but maybe leave note for oldies explaining setup…how to access free-to-air TV on living room set, for instance.

Wonderful hospitality and a very comfortable cabin for our night’s stay. Great kids facilities with games room, playground and pool.
Stayed here for one night, as we were travelling down the coast, and was extremely pleased with the cleanliness of our cabin. Everything felt clean and modern, was close to town, and was definitely well priced! I would stay here again.
