"Staff was very friendly and we loved the location. We were upset to find black mold behind the seating cushions of the window seat in 2 out of our 3 rooms. We also left behind a set of expensive make up brushes. Hotel staff did not return phone calls as promised. Had to call multiple times to follow up. We were promised the brushes would be mailed to our hotel in Dublin. They were never sent. "
