"This booking was a disaster. The garage entry fob did not work. When we arrived to the unlocked room, the linens were hanging and drying at the front door and the patio. The electrical box in the apartment was opened, and a sharp metal strip wasdangling from the bedroom wall. We requested a room for four people and two beds. We received a queen bed and a futon that one toddler could sleep on. At this point, we requested a refund from the owner, to which he agreed. We immediately returned...

Perched high above the Mediterranean, the hotel offers breathtaking panoramic views that feel like a dream—you could spend hours on the terrace just soaking in the beauty of the French Riviera. The rooms are modern, spacious with large windows that bring the outside in. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was spotless, with every detail attended to. The staff deserve were warm, welcoming, and genuinely eager to make our stay perfect. From check-in to departure, they went above and beyond to accommodate any request. The spa facilities were impressive—peaceful, well-maintained, and ideal for unwinding after exploring Èze Village. Breakfast was another highlight, with fresh local produce, delicious pastries, and a wide selection of hot and cold options, all enjoyed with that incredible view. This hotel is perfectly located—just a short drive to the charming medieval Èze Village, Monaco, and Nice yet it feels wonderfully secluded and serene. "Really enjoyed our 7 night stay here. Rooms are kept up together nicely, with small qualities which make a huge difference, such as plenty of sockets each side of the bed and a full length mirror. Beds are comfy and having two pillows was luxury! The hotel was walking distance to the old town and a 10 minute flat walk to Nice Riquier station. We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends "
