"This was our 4th stay at this hotel and by far the best. As always our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. There were two employees that went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Keleigh at check in is so pleasant and friendly. She took her time to make sure we had everything we wanted for our stay. She made our reservations for the Reza Show, got us our free breakfast tickets and answered all of our questions. Kyleigh is a true asset to your staff. The other employee is Carolyn the bartender in the Wildwood bar, Working alone she did an amazing job taking care of all of the tables and the bar, keeping everyones drinks filled and food served. "

"Our stay was comfortable, the room was clean and we had no issues. Arrived late evening. Check-in was simple. Staff were all professional, helpful and courteous. Cobbler, cookies and ice cream were available at night. Breakfast had several options. Sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, packaged muffins, cereal, yogurt, milk, juice. We were satisfied. Would stay here again."

"Breakfast was not being served on property, but we were not informed until we checked in. It was served at a sister hotel a few miles away. No hot water. When I mentioned it I was told maybe maintenance had turned it off to work on something. No front desk clerk (door was locked) from morning to check in time. There was a phone number posted on a sign on the door to call for help. Light could be seen around most of the door (apparently not well sealed). "
