"Everything was lovely. The staff were so good, so friendly and helpful. It's right in the town centre so parking isn't the best but we managed to get a space right out the front. There is parking down the road and the hotel can get you a permit. We were on the top floor and no lift so the stairs were a pain but we got our steps in! The bed was so comfy clean room with good air con and good shower. Would definitely recommend."

"Excellent hotel. Loved the location, free parking, breakfast. The bedroom and ensuite was beautifully appointed. My only issue was the oversized pillows, that were too high to comfortably sleep on. Other than that we loved our stay."

The Tides B&B

The Tides B&B

10/10 Excellent
"We had a fantastic experience staying at the Tides B&B in Ballybunion. David and Noreen were so welcoming, kind, and helpful as we were planning our next couple days in the Cliffs of Moher, the Burren, and Galway. Our room (#6) was spacious, had a walk in closet with two luggage racks (!) , sizable bathroom with a wonderful four-way shower and bath product. Our king bed was super comfy with luxurious comforter and pillows. We had a lovely sitting area to read books and a fancy coffee/tea making station and mini frig. The breakfast was incredibly generous with the continental breakfast alone offering at least five different cold cereals, cheese, three different pastries (chocolate croissant, plain croissant, cinnamon bun), Guinness banana bread, two kinds of bread for toast, assorted jams and butter, yogurt and fresh fruit salad, a delicious granola yogurt concoction, and several types of juice, coffee, ample tea selection. And Iโ€™m sure Iโ€™m missing some items! On top of all that you can add hot items - Irish breakfast, eggs and sausage and bacon and hash browns, two different kinds of crepes, and more. While we were not here to golf this time, clearly most folks are golfers. We wanted to be closer to the Tarbert Ferry to head north as we were coming from (a terrible hotel stay) in Dingle and the Tides was a welcome oasis for us. It was also lovely to not deal with difficult parking for the first time in Ireland! We hope our travels bring us back to Ballybunion and to visit"
