Ach na Sheen Guest House

Ach na Sheen Guest House

8/10 Good
"Had a lovely stay at Ach na Sheen Guest house in Tipperary. We enjoyed a marvellous breakfast. The lady owner was chatty and friendly. She gave us some helpful information about the locality. I believe it is a sought after accomodation, so an early reservation is recommended. The girls who helped her were very polite and accomodating."

"Had my wedding here in August and it was a DREAM!!! Sarah was the most wonderful host possible and made planning a wedding from the States a breeze. The estate is absolutely phenomenal. So much character and history, you will be in awe. You feel like you're in a movie. I did almost no decor for my wedding because the venue itself takes care of everything. The house is spotless and so comfortable. There's stunning views from every angle & window. As an American who isn't a fan of Irish food, this is the best cooking I've EVER had in Ireland (sorry to my Irish family) I still think about the food constantly. Sarah is extremely accommodating to her guest and just an absolute joy to be around. Truly no words can do this place and my experience justice. Pictures don't even do this place justice. this house has everything you could possibly need and is a very short walk into town as well. There's so much to do on the property and kids will have a blast there especially with all the animals! This was such a magical stay for me and made my wedding so special. In the future when I go back to Ireland, even though I have a place to stay with my family, I will make sure to stay at least one night back at the Lismacue house to see Sarah and think about how dreamy my wedding was. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING LISMACUE HOUSE & STAFF!!!!!โ™ฅโ™ฅโ™ฅโ™ฅ The best of the best!!"

"House was excellent location just outside Tipperary town, host was excellent and even though we had slightly issue with water (not hosts fault) they supplied us with all information and water we needed for our stay they even went the extra mile by providing us with access to local golf club for showers and use of the pool. Absolutely fantastic stay and would highly recommend this property"
