"I would definitely stay at The Snug again! The location is really convenient, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are adorable. Yes, they are truly snug, but they have perfect storage and space for two travelers. Being on Quay street means lots of loud noise outside m, but if you know that going in, it’s really not much of a bother. "

I had mentioned upon booking that we were celebrating something and the hotel staff had left a special treat for us and a handwritten note on the table in our room. The location is unbeatable, the price is fair, and the charm of staying in a hotel as old as this one can't be beat. I would recommend this to others and I would stay here again."
