Ballyorgan Holiday Rentals

"Breakfast was good. Full irish breakfast each morning with options for continental breakfast foods too if you wanted it. Room was clean and staff were attentive to not intrude if you were in the room and were happy to come back later. The bar was nice and had live music in the evening which was very good. Food and drinks served were good. We ate dinner there and it was very nice with pricing being similar to other restaurants in the area. All staff were lovely and friendly. Happy to help with any request. Parking was covered at the back of the hotel which is a bit of a hill to deal with with luggae but not a big issue. Only real issue was checkin being at 3pm. Having arrived early (8am) I had several hours to kill until I could check in but I understand you cannot have the flexible room service and then expect early checkins. I have stayed here multiple times and would do so again. "

"The room was very comfortable, clean and there were lovely useful elements in it such as a small fridge with cooled water and milk and a lovely selection of tea and coffee including decaff coffee which I'm a fan of. I loved the large comfortable and very clean bathroom with a lovely shower and the handy little bits like showe caps, soaps etc. My only negative about the hotel was the fact that the leisure area - the pool / sauna were a bit dated - but thse being dated wouldn't be much issue at all as overall I still managed to relax and reset thanks to it. The issue I had was the lack of cleanliness in the pool yeah, OK, hello, aww. It was lovely. I want to download to the flowers to Daniel. I know, bakes me, sadly, ohh God, we have to stop. To be honest for the whole day, yeah, you got a different. "Advertised clothes washer but there is not one on site! Luckily there is one within a 5min drive. But did not appreciate false advertising. Also, beds were completely ran through. Felt nothing but springs "

"This is a gem of a find. Beautifully fitted out and managed with exceptional care. The facilities in the room and common parts are simply great and nothing was too much trouble. Mitchelstown has much to offer but Birdies is above and beyond."
