"Staff shortage was unable to curtail all manner of people coming in off the streets and be loud and disruptive. No amenities to speak of and only a portion of the property is in use. Staff seemed overwhelmed by the steady flow of loud street people and there's really nothing on-site other than a mediocre breakfast restaurant and a bar/room service. The lobby is gorgeous though and one can only wonder how vibrant and luxurious this hotel/convention center was in its heyday. Location is excellent and safety was not a concern."

"The rooms are very very small. Breakfast isnt included but can be ordered for a fee. Smelled great but didnt purchase it. Besides some kind of noise below our room early morning lasting for a couple hours . It was a great place if you dont need space."

"Rooms and hallway were humid. Floor 16 needs one of those fans to pull the moisture out of the air because the rooms close to the pool felt damp. Other than that, stay was pleasant. Close to many things and easy to walk to."
