"We loved Waterford and the hotel. We almost couldn't fly home from Dublin and we were going to try to go back to Waterford and stay at Dooleys Hotel for as long as we were grounded! Unfortunately, we were able to fly out. Highly recommend!!"

"Very clean room with really comfortable bed. The staff were wonderful- genuinely friendly and welcoming as well as being extremely efficient. Parking is under the building but maybe best call for directions. Very central, close to the train station and all the sights. Excellent food and good breakfast "

"Nice and cosy, lovely meals and dessert at the bar. Parking at hotel. There is a small lay-by before the hotel on merchants quay as well as parking opposite by riverbank in order to drop off luggage. Parking instructions is at reception. The parking building is 3 streets behind the hotel called the Glen Car park. Take a ticket and it is validated when you leave so free parking. Only a 5 minute walk to hotel. When leaving take validated ticket to car park and bring car back to layby or opposite car park to load your luggage. Easy as."

"The hotel is centrally located along the river. It is a short walk to many shops and pubs. The Waterford Crystal factory is a 5 minute walk. Well worth a tour. The hotel staff are very friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet is very good with a good variety of choices."

"We really enjoyed our 1 night stay. Dinner and breakfast at the restaurant were great. The room was excellent. Staff was very nice. We had an awesome time at the pub down the road as well."
