"The staff are amazing, as is the food and drink. Itโ€™s clean, but in my opinion itโ€™s a little stuck in the 80โ€™s. Iโ€™ve heard of apexing on a ceiling, but never a wall, could really do with a lick of paint to say the least. Nonetheless, clean and tidy enough to stay."

"Great location on top of the hill overlooking the village. Wild & windy night but slept well. Overnight stay. Comfortable bed & clean room. Bathroom could be updated as we had a shower over the bath. Dinner in the restaurant was nice. Second visit to Portpatrick as it is a favourite place. Would recommend."
