"We had a room with a view of the rooftops and a little strip. It was lovely. Separate bathroom from shower was nice. The staff were helpful and they served an excellent breakfast with specialty coffees. Took care of my dietary needs (gluten and dairy intolerant) It was close to everything. Surrounded by canals and close to the lake."

"The hotel is beautiful inside and out. Our room and bathroom were nicely appointed, with space to move around and store our items. Loved the window that opened to enjoy the view of Lake Annecy and the mountains. The staff were friendly and helpful, and most spoke English well (as with anywhere in France, always start with "bonjour"). We arranged for a reserved parking space in their snug-but-manageable underground parking area. It is an easy 3-4 minute walk from the hotel to the main old town area. Will stay here again if we are fortunate enough to return!"
