Sou cliente RUBY do Hotéis.com e ao chegar na Pousada de Piedras minha reserva foi cancelada pelo dono que nos convidou a nos retirar do local pois não faz mais negócios com Hoteis.com, a Pousada em péssimas condições, outros hóspedes que estavam lá disse que não tinha água quente e tivemos que sair correndo para não apanharmos dos funcionários!!!! nunca passei por nada tão horrível em toda minha vida!!!!!!!!!

Excelente lugar dificil de encontrar.

Excelente hotel, quizas un poco dificil de encontrar por las direcciones en el sitio y dificil comunicarse. Una vez que se logra ubicarlo el lugar, el entorno, las habitaciones y los servicios son de un nivel impresionante. Super recomendable.

Spiders all over the place

Just came back from the posada, in high season. Just as I entered the room I killed 2 huge spiders, in just 30 minutes I killed 10 more. I asked the cleaner to bring me something to kill them, and to let the owner/administrator know that my room probably had a spider nest somewhere. The cleaner came back saying that the owner offered us an upgrade for 850 dollars more per night...not even an apology, nor a solution, that was probably the most unprofessional and unpolite answer I have ever been given. We had to ask the cleaner ( the only visible face in the hotel) to put something while we were out to kill the spiders, after her 'inspection', she agreed that there was a spider nest somewhere in the room. The wifi didn't work in all our stay, and the hot water worked only on our second night. I obviously got bitten by a spider at night. We never received an apology back. I really cant recommend this hotel.

HICIMOS LA RESERVA LA MEDIANOCHE ANTERIOR PERO CUANDO LLEGAMOS A LAS 17:30 NO TENIAN NOTICIA DE NUESTRA RESERVA. NO ESTAN HABITUADOS AL SISTEMA DE RESERVAS DE HOTELS.COM , POR SUERTE HABIA HABITACIONES LIBRES Y FINALMENTE NOS ADJUDICARON UNA.EL LUGAR ES FANTASTICO Y TIENE UN ENORME POTENCIAL PERO LE FALTA MANTENIMIENTO EN LAS HABITACIONES Y DEDICACION DE LOS DUEÑOS. LA DIFERENCIA LA HACE EL PERSONAL A CARGO DE LA POSADA QUE PONE MUY BUENA ONDA Y TRABAJA DURO PARA QUE LOS HUESPEDES QUEDEN CONFORMES. IGUAL VOLVEREMOS POR EL LUGAR Y LA TRANQUILIDAD.

Beautifull Hotel

Without much expectation, and with reasonable poor surroundings, you find this Oasis. Beatifull property, with wonderfull decoration. Ideal for a big group to take all 6 rooms and celebrate some event feeling at home.

Cuando vimos el hotel en internet todo parecia casi perfecto. Los comentarios buenos, fotografias increibles y bueno, no hay nada como un buen fotografo para vender una locacion. Una semana antes de llegar nos mandan un e-mail con menu de almohadas, de masajes y una cantidad de comodidades que hicieron una ilusion inmensa de llegar al hotel. Al llegar a Punta del Este nos costo una hora llegar a la mitad de la nada. Nos toco pedir ayuda a la policia quienes nos guiaron hasta el hotel. Al llegar nos encontramos con un "lobby" que realmente era la salita de una "casa" y al ver los cuartos nos dieron ganas de salir corriendo. Son enanos! No tenian closet sino un armario de madera donde cabe una persona parada, la ducha a 2 metros de la cama, etc. Causaba claustrofobia. Al preguntar por los masajes respondieron que habia que llamar a una masajista quien hacia los masajes en el mismo cuarto. El servicio de las mucamas fue excelente, nos ayudaron a bajar maletas y muy amables. NO LO RECOMIENDO, muy costoso para lo que es. Con un poco mas logramos encontrar habitacion en uno de los mejores hoteles de Punta con todos los lujos. En general no sabemos que tal sera la experiencia ya que nos fuimos corriendo a buscar cualquier otro hotel. Lo mismo paso con otros huespedes quienes estaban igual de descontentos que nosotros.La ubicacion desastroza sobretodo en epoca del frio es un camino rural destapado y dificil de llegar y la edificacion muy regular para que compense las peripecias que se deben hacer para ir en fin es una obligacion cuando lo publiciten explicar bien todo en general fue una experiencia tenaz perdimos el dinero y el tiempo

Amazing hotel!

We really loved our stay at the hotel Posada de Piedra. The hotel has beautiful grounds, beautiful interior design (rooms and main building) and very friendly staff. As other people point out the hotel is quite difficult to find so its probaby best to arrive by daylight! Highly recommended!

Melhor posada que já fiquei, é muito linda! Sua paisagem e calmaria é perfeita para relaxar qualquer pessoa. Pena que fica meio longe de Punta del Este, mas recomendo com certeza!

Ideal para descansar ,desconectarsey ser bien aten

Esta en el medio del campo en una loma desde donde se ve el mar y pasar los barcos,las habitaciones son completas con todo lo necesario y mas,el desayuno es buenisimo y la atencion esmerada,todo esta amueblado con un muy buen gusto. son pocas habitaciones en edificios separados alrrededor de una pileta y un jardin central. el acceso no esta bien indicado y es necesario contar con un vehiculo. La politica de cancelacion es un tanto agresiva,por lo demas es un lugar de ensueño.
