I was very pleasantly surprised at this hotel. Great staff who were helpful, very comfortable and well-kept room, nice decor, and the breakfast was exceptional. The proximity to the beach and restaurants made everything accessible.

Já ficamos várias vezes neste hotel. Nesta estadia, tudo conforme esperado: boa recepção, clareza nas informações, rapidez. Tivemos que solicitar mudança de quarto devido ao cheiro de cigarro - fomos atendidos prontamente. Café da manhã farto. Boa localização. Serviço de estacionamento por R$ 39 a diária com serviço de vallet. O que não foi bom: travesseiros, precisam novos - e o custo de uma água mineral do frigobar - R$ 11,00 por garrafinha é demais. Ainda assim, continuamos recomendado como uma boa opção em BC. Se der fique nos apartamentos com 22m2 para ter um pouco mais de comforto.

Usaria o termo "Por fora bela viola, por dentro pão bolorento". Péssima situação do quarto. Pontos de mofo em todo bom do colchão. Mofo no teto do banheiro. Exaustor do banheiro não funciona. Tampa do vaso, solta. Vaso sanitário sem funcionar corretamente. Ao dar descarga a água vem até a borda do vaso e não se esgota. Resumindo, jamais poderia ser classificado como 4 estrelas, tão pouco cobrar por isso. Único ponto positivo (Em partes) foi café da manhã que, apesar do pão francês ser requentado, ainda tinha uma boa variedade de itens. Triste para um hotel que se diz de alto padrão, que se apresenta muito bem por fora, mas que não condiz a realidade por dentro.

I stayed only for one nice, and the room I was in was very dim and damp. The breakfast was very good though and the staff was nice.

I checked in for 3 days and the FD agent was rude. The room was dingy and asked for extra towels and never got them. I had to ask another agent to get them. Had a family emergency and had to leave the next day and asked the FD to check out early and cancel the 2 nights. The FD agent said that they will charge me for the remaining 2 nights. I work in the hotel business for 25 years and my partner is a lawyer so I know what they are doing is illegal. Called Hotels.com and spoke to an agent who was amazing!!! She reassured me that I will get a refund for my 2 nights. She tried calling the front desk and speak with the manager and got no answer. We checked out that morning and i asked to speak to the manager and the front desk agent said he is in a meeting. But she was able to talk to him on the phone which means they are lying. I told the agent that hotels.com agent said I will be refunded and that I am only paying for one night and checking out! She was rude and the manager didn't want to talk to me. Please refund me my 2 nights and I must say that the agent for hotels.com was amazing. Since I work for Marriott International for 24 years I will definitely recommend this site. But please deal with this hotel management. They are terrible. Thank you!

Dear Paul First of all, thanks for your feedback, it is fundamental for us to keep improving our services and we look always for your enchantement no matter what. We are really sorry to hear about your experience. We do have to explain though that we did not find on our FD records your complaint about the towels but we are glad to know you have received them. Next time we will be more rapid to get it delivered to you. In regards to your request to leave the hotel earlier than expected we understand that things can happen and you may always need to redo your plans but your reservation was already made and paid directly to the partner and the hotel was at full occupancy at that date, which means we would not have the opportunity to sell it to another guest. As a hotel industry colleague you should know that and when you buy with one of our partners which is the case here, you would have to contact them first to see if conditions apply. That is what our Front Desk told you and we never said that you would not get the reimbursement, instead we advised you to contact with the partner first because they are the ones that made your reservation and retained your payment. Our manager could not talk to you in person for he was participating in a meeting at that moment but the info above is what our personnel delivered to you. Awesome hotel in Balneário Camboriú
This was my third time staying at this hotel. It is a great hotel just a block away from the beach. Breakfast is relly good, and rooms are very clean and confortable. The staff is amazing, and also the hotel manager Henrique.

Very good hotel
Hotel room is very good and breakfast delicious. But the hotel lobby it’s a little small and the elevators are too slow. Also there was a lack of hand sanitizer. Hotel location is good, 5 min walking to the beach.

Good Hotel, but no Privacy on Tub
The picture doesn't show, but the room with the bath tub/jacuzzi is on the first floor, thus you will not have any privacy if want to use it. All other rooms have the window pointing at you, which makes it pretty much useless, unless you like being watched. Other than that everything is fine, corridor was hot (maybe ac off due to pandemic) and furniture could be newer, but it's alright.
