Funcionários pouco cordiais e desatentos desde o check in até o check out. Toalhas de banho e rosto com sujeiras e com furos. Poucos funcionários para realizar a limpeza do quarto. Saímos para passear pela cidade após o café da manhã e ao retornar da rua as 15:30 horas o apartamento permanecia sem limpeza e reposição dos produtos.

O café da manhã era tumultuado e sem variedade. Pouquíssimos funcionários no horario do café da manhã. A reposição era demorada e as mesas ficavam sujas por falta de funcionários para isso. Todos os funcionários eram mal humorados . Falta de estacionamento. Paguei muito caro para estacionar .

Fomos bem atendidos pela funcionária Magda na recepção , no mais deixou muito a desejar . Limpeza terrível . O quarto estava cheio de areia no chão … tivemos que pedir para limpar e passar pano . O café exelente mas com poucos funcionários … mesas e balcãos ficavam sujos por muito tempo .

Foi o pior Mercure que já fiquei hospedada. Quarto cheirando mofo, claramente sem limpar direito. Roupa de cama com bolinha. Ar condicionado em cima da cama sem ter como mudar. Café da manhã lotado e com péssimas opções.
