"O quarto era muito pequeno ,minúsculo mesmo o chuveiro saia pouca água , o café da manhã era servido em outra pousada a 2 quadras da que estávamos e não foi comunicado antes eu só soube uma noite antes pois enviei msg antes de viajar, e no último dia aconteceu algo bem chato acordamos pra ir tomar café e encontramos uma criança de uns 2 anos na área externa próxima a piscina, quando fui abrir o portão pra sair ela veio atrás da gente e eu falei que não podia , quando procurei um adulto ou alguém...

Minha observação é sobre o colchão: super mole. Como em casa meu colchão é firme, meu corpo sentiu muuuiito. No check-out falei sobre isso com o Anderson (proprietário) e ele me disse que eu deveria ter falado antes que trocariam. Que há hóspedes que preferem os mais macios e outros, como nós, preferem os mais firmes, e ele tem colchão para fazer esta troca.
É um hotel de família para famílias. Não tem luxo, mas tem aconchego, acolhimento, atenção. "

"Foi necessário mudar de quarto por 3x e em cada quarto havia problemas. No 1° quarto o box era minúsculo e não tinha como tomar banho sem deixar a porta do box aberto e alagava o quarto. No 2° quarto não funcionava a descarga. No 3° quarto havia um forte cheiro de mofo e o ar condicionado muito barulhento e atacou a minha alergia. Tudo isso aconteceu antes da 1° noite. No dia seguinte encerrei a estadia e voltei para casa ainda com 2 estadias pagas. Não sei o que aconteceu, poi já estive nesse...
