Our premium room was spotlessly clean and ideal for our overnight stay with the car parked outside. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. as were the staff. We wished we could have stayed longer. "The accommodation is excellent and the people very helpful and friendly. Our room was well equipped and seemed newly decorated. This is an excellent place to stop between 1 and maybe 4 nights. The only issue is unless you go into Troyes the local restaurants are few and far between. The hosts will organise an.evening meal if you give them.notice which we will next time. As a chef has to.come in to the hotel to cook. The included breakfast is a plentiful continental with many local fruits provided by the hosts"
