"I booked this for my mother's stay for my wedding. She loved the room and the place. It's vlose to both station, grocery store and where me and my wife lives. Only problem I had was when using the self-checkin system: there was NO physical key in the lockbox. Thankfully I was there early - at 14:00 - and a maid there saw me struggling. She helped me get the key from the reception - which was not manned due to short staffing. I hope things improve."

"The room was comfortable and clean, but the outside and hallways were dirty. There were under 10 parking spaces, so nothing was available. Street parking was also limited, so we had to spend a lot of time looking for parking. I just wish the property had warned us of these two things. "

"Stayed in a cabin for 5 nights with our 2 children. Cabins were great value for money and had everything we needed including not having to bring our own bedding or towels! Kids loved the loft bedroom. Cabin kitchen basic but more than enough to cook a decent meal with 2 ring hob and oven plus a few saucepans. Cabin bathroom was really clean with warm shower. "The parking garage door was flimsy, so there was times we couldn’t get our car out, and the bathroom toilet stopped working, we had to wait 2 hours for the plumber to arrive to fix it and then it stopped working again. We left a day early. If we come back, I don’t think I’d want to stay here again. "

"Hotel contacted me around 2:30pm on arrival day to give me chech-in instructions. For me a bit too late. Because you need a special APP to get your virtual key. So you need internet and enough battery in your phone... GPS didn't find correct way as it is in an industrial area... Studio fully furnished but in grey, beige and white colors so quite depressive. No pictures on walls. A/C a bit too noisy and fridge too near from bed. TV was progrmmed in russia :((( "
