"The staff at Oasis Kathmandu were outstanding. They were friendly, exceptionally polite, and gracious. The air conditioning was cold, the food was delicious and the room was surprisingly quiet (if that seems an odd comment now, it won't after 30 seconds in Kathmandu.) As to the cleanliness of the room, my son and I found it spotless. To be fair tho, we had just spent the prior two weeks bouncing between Tibetan guest houses and monasteries (and restrooms). If I ever go back to Kathmandu, this is one decision I won't have to worry about. I would definitely stay at Oasis Kathmandu again."

"Excellent hotel in a very nice neighborhood. I stayed on the 7th floor with a good view of Katmandú. The room was clean, good size, comfortable bed, and quiet. Very good breakfast buffet. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I have nothing negative to say about this place and would highly recommend it to anyone."

"While there are a few areas of the room that could be improved, what truly made this stay exceptional was the outstanding service from the hotel team. Whenever we encountered an issue, the staff responded promptly, professionally and with genuine care. They went above and beyond to resolve every concern, making us feel valued and well looked after throughout our stay. No hotel is perfect but what sets a great hotel apart is how it handles guests’ feedback and problems. In this regard, the team excelled. Their commitment to customer satisfaction gave me confidence that any areas needing improvement would be addressed and continuously enhanced. Overall, the excellent service more than made up for the minor shortcomings. This was one of the best service experiences I have ever had at a hotel and I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others."
