"Check-in was fine, went to the room dropped our luggage and went back out. Returned around 11:00 PM and then discovered there was long black hair stuck to the shower/tub wall and there was some yellow gunk on the bathroom floor. There was small pieces of white (paper or fuzz not sure) on the carpet in a number of places. Did not attempt to contact anyone due the late hour. Told front desk, the individual did not seem overly concerned, only that they would contact house-keeping."

"Very professional staff. The property is well maintained and very clean. Staff take great pride in there property business. They have allot to be proud of. One of the Best days in I have ever stayed at. I have stayed at allot of them over the years. This particular one beat them all hands down. Even the laundry room for quest was great, exercise room, lobby, hallways and outside areas all well kept continuously . The Beds....OMG So Comfy and quiet rooms. "

"Very clean and well maintained. The included breakfast was EXCELLENT and exceeded expectations. The beds were very comfortable with great mattresses and pillows but the sofa-bed, not so much. We had a King suite which was advertised as sleeping 4, but if the sofa bed is meant to actually be used it needs a MUCH better mattress. Also the bedroom and sitting room need to have separate temperature controls. "

"I reserved a pool side room they gave me a room next to the outdoor pool in stead of a indoor pool food weather was 20degree out side no pool use was not happy with them was really looking forward to using the indoor pool& hot tud other wise the stay was ok I would not use them again☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️ "
