"Fabulous, new hotel with beautiful decor and staff going above and beyond to fulfill guests wishes (waiter Marcin was amazing and arranged serving Negroni even though it was on the card). Initially we were put in a room at the ground floor where we could smell drains, after complaining we were moved to fabulous corner room. THE RESTAURANT!!! Chef is amazing and serves gourmet food - highly recommend!

"Es war einfach Traumhaft Angefangen bei dem Super netten Personal an der Rezeption sie waren sehr freundlich,hilfsbereit als ich probleme wegen dem Parkticket hatte aber auch beim check in waren sie super freundlich als ich spontan noch Abendbrot dazubestellt hatte war immer ein lächeln auf den lippen zu erkennen. "Our stay was nice, but not more than that. It was actually a bit disappointing for a five stars Hilton hotel. On the first shower we found out that it was clogged, the Shampoo bottle was empty and the shower gel was mixed with water. We called the reception and the staff responded quick so it was okay…but yet not such a great experience to start your stay. The water park is very nice but having only one hour free was also very (!!) disappointing, since there is no other alternative for pool...
