Reception staff was good and helpful, although the reception was not 24 hours. The bed was comfortable, but the wall of room was paper thin. I could hear the sound of water from the lagoon in the evening. The guest house knew that so earplugs were provided. Wifi reception was good in all areas. "Modern hotel that does the basics well. Reasonable selection on the breakfast buffet. Rooms were comfortable and clean and our room was quiet despite the hotel being fairly busy. The hotel is about 15min walk from the centre of the city."

"Biggest complaint is towards Hotels.com way of dealing with reservations - they do not provide direct number to call. It is an old apartment building that remind of communal apartments back in 60ies in Soviet time and there are NO mention of River apartments on outside of building or anywhere inside if you get past door lock with a code. Only way to reach owners and get instruction on how to get into building and get keys is by calling a Hotels.com number - in USA. I after getting really upset...
