"We were extremely clear about our location choice. Something modern and close to the best of amenities, restaurants etc., but not too far from the old town. Radisson Collection fit the description perfectly. With our 14th floor room with an old city view, we could not have asked for more.. being able to see the sunrise and sunset was magnificent. The staff all through were insanely efficient and extremely warm and helpful. Loved the spread in the restaurant. We wanted one good Indian restaurant close by and Saffron was right there. Really close to super market, shopping mall and transport hubs. great place, location , food, room and service"

"My room was modern, well decorated and extremely comfortable. The mattress and pillows were very good quality. Breakfast was decent but can do with some more variety of food. I was disappointed however that a full housekeeping is not done for the first three nights of the stay. The hotel is using “Climate” as an excuse, whereas it’s clearly a cost-cutting method. A chain like Hyatt really should offer full clean & housekeeping every single night."

The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city’s attractions, restaurants, and Old Town on foot.
