Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was nice. It seems like it was updated recently, but I’m guessing the building may be older? Had a minor dingy feel to it, but it wasn’t bad. Overall the hotel was great.

Our “confirmed” reservation was not available, they were oversold, we had to go elsewhere. This hotel is awful.

The service overall was fine. On my first night there, there was no little hot water so I could barely take a shower that night. Also, I was charged for my breakfast which I was not told would be extra. Overall, the staff was very friendly. The location was not convenient at all. I had to Uber in my food and call an Uber to take a trip down anywhere. It's a very isolated area, but it would be great to have more access to transit without walking too far. A convenient walk to the nearest transit stop or restaurants would be nice. This isn't the problem of Aloft, but just a general observation for the entire block of hotels around here.
