I really appreciate that the property allowed early check in for a fee. They were also super helpful and flexible with transportation to and from the airport and cruise terminal. It was a comfortable room. One of the vans was a bit hard to get in and out of with my big feet and bad knees but otherwise it was an excellent stay!

It was an okay place. Safe, relatively clean, and easy to get to. Not a lot around, but easy enough to Uber somewhere. The restaurant that shares a parking lot was good with great bar staff.

The room was comfortable and clean. Staff was welcoming when arrived. However my car was crashed into in the parking lot by a hit and run drive who left no information. I spoke with John at the reception desk about checking the outdoor camera I. direct line of my car for car info of the culprit. I was told the manager would need to check the camera, but would be returning shortly.. After about 90 minutes I Left a detailed note for the manager about the incident and my contact info then or the two follow up calls. It was clear manager:staff had any interest in helping me. I will not be returning to this hotel again!

If you're just needing a place to stay with a very comfy bed, it's fine. It is absolutely no frills and is reasonably clean, but parts of it, like the elevator, are in sad shape. The coffee machine never worked, the breakfast was sparse, and when we needed to do a load of washing, we were told the washer was not working. It seemed very understaffed, and you could regularly hear planes going overhead. Very good location for airport travel and shopping at Arundel Mills, and there's lots nearby.
