Disliked: Cleanliness
Close to camden yards. Check in was good and freindly staff.
Excellent location for the stadiums and to the inner harbor area, just didn't know that breakfast was over earlier than I expected and really only consisted of pastries I thought it was an actual breakfast but other than that it was good
Our stay was very nice. Jessica at the front desk was amazing. Very helpful with information and directions and even got me a new hair dryer when the one in our room didn't work. The restaurant/bar was closed for renovation, but she was very good on giving us recommendations. Definitely enjoyed our stay
The property is very close to stadiums . Their free breakfast is just cereal, toast, bagels, muffins, hard boiled eggs, & yogurt. Over all clean hotel & friendly staff .

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Great location! Great staff! Breakfast is basic bagels, bread, yogurt, etc. Parking garage is easy, and includes in/out privileges!
Positives: Great location. Kind staff. Clean, spacious room. Hot shower, great water pressure- excellent! Comfortable bed. Really good, overall.
Negatives: $40/day parking. "Free Breakfast" was cereal, bread and bagels and a few other unappetizing things. The big disappointment was the coffee. Generic coffee, no decaf, no creamer, just powder and pump syrups stuff. Little, small cups, and they took the coffee down right after breakfast, so you couldn't grab a cup if you missed it. If trying to save money, please charge $0.50 more per room, so we can have good coffee! Will make your guests much happier.
We had executive room, which was ok for one night, but the water pressure was next to nothing and the shower in the ceiling was falling down. The bed was fine as well as the AC worked really well. When we booked, it said parking $38 but it was $50. They are very strict about check in time of 3:00. The outside is very dirty, but the hotel is so close to Camden Yards. This hotel has good bones and could be a great hotel if fixed up and maintained. Wyndham could charge double rates if they got their act together.

I check in the hotel at mid-night after attending dinner at Angie Seafood restaurant. So the hotel meet my needs, a safe place to stay overnight in Baltimore.
No complaints here, very impressed by the quality of room and service for the price. All of the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was very clean and well stocked. The location was very convenient.

Chosen for the location and for that, it served its intended purpose/ very convenient to where we needed to be. Kind of disappointed with the condition of the room- carpet was sticky and stained, barely any hot water or shower pressure- shower was stained on the interior. And while a pool was not necessary, there really wasn’t much else available- no restaurant / the “ breakfast “ was pretty much wrapped up bagels and pastries that you could grab and go.
We arrived for the Day 2 BTS concert. Going to check in was a little rough. There weren't any rooms clean yet to check in at 3pm. The night before was sold out and it's hard to tell how the conditions were when people from Day 1 left, so I completely understand. There was absolutely no ait conditioning in the lobby except some fans. I felt so bad for the front desk employees. Our room was very clean and comfortable tho!!
I loved the bed and pillows. Very comfortable sleep. Not thrilled with the old bathroom and old tub. NO HAIR DRYER??? Are you kidding me?? No phone in room to call down to front desk for one. Had to walk to front desk with wet hair to ask for one only to say they would send one up. For $300 a night, I expected at least a hair dryer.
We came
To
Town for
A rugby event so there was a line at check in but nothing terrible to wait through. We were instructed to turn left around the block and pull into the parking garage and then get the ticket validated at the front desk before checkout. So we parked, went to the event, slept (very comfortably - good beds and good a/c), and then went to the front desk after eating their free breakfast (also good) and the woman told us that we had to have done that ticket validation before midnight. We explained that two different employees told us otherwise but the front desk agent was very firm stating that she couldn’t validate the ticket. If those are in fact the rules, then this facility needs to train ALL their check in agents to make it clear how to proceed with car parking and charges. The whole situation could’ve been handled a lot better and I was very disappointed in the customer service.
The staff were so helpful and sweet! The two ladies at the front desk were so considerate and kind.
Only feedback is our rooms headboard was falling apart and room was a little dirty but you can tell it’s just from age of the building and not the cleaning staff. The bathroom was spotless!
Clean room, long wait at 3pm check-in with only on staff person at the desk. She was lovely and doing her best. Parking was convenient.

Arrived at 5PM (well past the 3 PM check-in) and the room was not ready. Waited over 2.5 hours to get checked-in. Line was super long and the AC was out. Our concert started at 8 PM and barely made it on time. Was never told to give the parking ticket at check in so the next day was told I had to pay $60 instead of the $38 that the hotel charges. After waiting to speak to the manager (which took another hour or so) finally got it taken care of. Never have I had such an awful experience. The problem is that they are short staffed. Poor lady at the front was stressing out but it’s not our fault. The one good thing about it was the location. It’s close to the M&T stadium.
