The hotel experienced a watermain break while we were there. We had no water, breakfast was abbreviated; however, the staff made us as comfortable as possible. I would be willing to stay there again, if things were more normal.

There was a water main break at the property so we weren’t able to stay there!!!! We received NO email or phone communication from Marriott ahead of time, so we only learned the situation when we arrived! Someone at the reception desk gave us a piece of paper with the names of four alternative hotels on it, and we were lucky to book the LAST room available at one of them!

Location of hotel was awesome 7 miles from the Sinai hospital. But, unfortunately pipes water broke. We didn’t have running water, phone didn’t work either.

I was an overnight stay on March 31st and when we arrived in the room, we did notice that the room was not clean. The desk was not wiped down and the floors were not vacuumed, as there was hair and food crumbs on the floor, from the desk to the bed.

Their website is misleading. There are no microwaves in rooms. There is one on each floor. The restaurant they mention that is open until late is no longer there. Its been closed for years. There is however a cafe "Easy Like Sunday" which is very good but pricey. The hotel is very hard to find. Not enough signage. A lot of construction going on. The stainless steel small trashcans in the room and bathroom need to be cleaned. Had dead bugs in them and needed to be wiped down on outside. Beds were comfortable. TV had only a few channels you could watch on the 1st day we were there but had many more channels on the 2nd day. Room was a nice size. They should probably talk about the few shops that are right there in their advertising.

Arrived at night and could not actually locate the hotel until called front desk and were told to put in a specific address and found it. There were no directional signs—that would have been very helpful especially with the construction. Odd smell in hallway Otherwise was quiet and room was comfortable.

Kind of hard to find the hotel on the site - follow the posted signs, especially since there is a lot of construction around the loop road (as of Jan 2024).

Adequate but little more. Poor breakfast, inconvenient location, tattered at the edges with a very noisy HVAC. Room itself was comfortable and reasonably well appointed. The staff, once one got their attention, was pleasant. Will not return.

Check-in was very quick. The room is very spacious and bed is comfortable. Tv is great for Netflix and chill. Love the desk so that I can do some work if I wanted. Body mirror is awesome. Love the shower pressure and the soap options. Nice view of the quad area as I can look right at a restaurant across the way. Alot of space to put clothes away and I love the lounge chair. Lobby is decorated nicely. Front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. I would stay here again. The breakfast was very convenient. Coffee really good and snack options were awesome. This is my hotel when I stay.

One bed was fine to sleep in, but the other bed was partially unusable because part of the mattress was sagging seriously. We had problems with a slow-to-drain sink, a fixed showerhead that had water coming only out of a central point (and at rather dramatically piercing effect), and no hair conditioner. The latter issues were reported to the front desk the second morning we were there. Nothing was fixed. Room is a bit run-down.

I stay at this property often and it often has issues which are usually easily resolved. This stay there was a previous water issue which was resolved but there were residual issues like the water still running brown. I did report to the front desk and was asked to move to another room which I did and did not have the same issue. They have now added more dining options which is a plus.

I’ve loved this property for many years. It’s experienced some difficult times after Covid, but seems to be bouncing back.
Personally, I experienced some problems that required changing my room, but I credit the staff and their customer service mentality for making the situation go as easily as possible.
