System was down when we arrived. They checked us in manually and repeatedly asked me for the incidentals deposit. I told them I was happy to do it. They told me they waved defeat then called my room several times and said that they would kick us out my mother, and I if I didn’t pay the incidentals and then went back on what they said and said that it was covered. Front desk staff was rude. Had a terrible attitude, though the stay was nice and the facility was clean. Staff seemed generally disorganized and behind several miscommunications felt unwelcome.
