This hotel is in a great location for weekend trips to DC and Baltimore. It was 50 mins to DC, and 13 mins to the Baltimore Aquarium by car.
The site was able to accommodate our large family in a room with three double beds at a price we could afford.
The free breakfast included a waffle maker, which my kids loved, and our room had a mini fridge, a microwave, and a large flat screen TV with cable.
The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, and we ended up folding the bed back in and sleeping one on the sofa and one on the floor using the bedding provided and got a better night's sleep the second night.
The site is in some disrepair and is clearly under renovation. In spite of being in a nonsmoking room, the entire hallway of our floor smelled strongly of smoke and our room smelled of it as well, although it was clear work had been done to the room to reduce the odor.
Overall, it was not perfect, but it was just what we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with the extra towels and linens we needed, as well as a couple of toothbrushes for kids who forgot theirs.
I would definitely stay there again, although I fear once renovations are complete, it will no longer be in our budget.
