Overall, the impression was good — the room was clean. There were three of us, but only two towels were provided. I received SMS messages offering feedback on the service quality, but no one responded to my replies. The bathroom was completely empty and lacked space to leave clothes.

Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel
We ended up paying for breakfast even though it had said included when booking. When asked we were only told to go to the restaurant on the 5th floor so we did and that was not where the included breakfast was located apparently.

There was no information given to us at check-in or a Binder in the hotel explaining about the hotel or places nearby. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, parking was over $30 a day, the hotel was completely outdated. Sometimes the water didn’t work or it was yellow water coming from the tub. The elevator had ...
