"Joann, the woman at the front desk, was outstanding. She was very professional and made the check-in super quick and easy. Everyone at the hotel was extremely friendly. The security guards, housekeeping, and the restaurant employees provided for a great experience. The hotel is within walking distance to the mall with many places to eat and shop. The room was really clean and comfortable."

"The front desk staff were amazing. Check-in was a breeze. The young lady was super professional and helped me with all my questions. Check-out was also super smooth. The only thing that I did not like was the breakfast food was cold, like really cold. I read this in previous reviews and thought that they would have corrected this problem. The only way to get hot food is to make your own toast and order an omelette. "

"The hotel is located in front of the newly opened Savemore Mabuhay branch. This hotel is an event venue so most of its area is "instagramable". Their room is well lighted and clean. The only problem is the water pressure. It is so low, that's why we had to adjust the heater all the time. Overall we had a great stay."
