"As a very experienced traveler with hundreds and hundreds of hotel nights, I dare to say that this is a place that reaches the top ten of good hotel experiences. Fantastic family that runs a high-quality agriturismo with a view that takes your breath away. Despite few guests in the low season, an absolutely perfect breakfast was arranged and we were even able to have our coffee against the sun wall at the end of January. "The room was clean and spacious with comfortable bed. The shower wasn't great due to water pressure being too low. There was a supermarket opposite the hotel, however had to walk for 10-15 minutes to find restaurants. It would have been great if the receptionist would have advised us of the hotel shuttle bus when we asked about taxi. The info was only provided by a different receptionist at checkout. "

"At Property during low season (April) so most places were closed. Dining options are better at the marina close by. Staff is very nice and helpful but communication is slow via email or Expedia messages. If you are coming by train, make sure to make arrangements for transportation before hand as it was pretty desolate. The marina close by has options for shopping and delicious restaurants."

"Great location for going for a walk and only 5 minute’s to the town centre."

"We arrived about 1-1.5 hours ahead of checkin and they were able to accommodate us which was nice. The checkin staff was friendly and our room was beautiful with space and a jacuzzi shower which was a plus. Our room was only stocked with 2 pillows so when we requested 2 more, they were brought up with speed. That being said, the pillows and bed were flat. That’s something we’ve come to notice is very common in Italy so although we didn’t enjoy that, it’s all preference. What we really didn’t like was how loud it was at all hours. The doors are so heavy we could hear people going in and out of their room until about 1AM. Then it sounded like the room next to us was playing musical chairs. It was very difficult to sleep as the rooms aren’t sound proof. Also our room wouldn’t cool below 19 degrees Celsius. My boyfriend ate at the restaurant and said it was good and the continental breakfast was a nice, easy spread. It’s also great that this location is Nextdoor to a food mart, china mart, and gas station. There is also a laundry mat within a mile. "

The chef was so kind to us also. The property and the place was so lovely and the room was so much nicer than the photos. Will be coming back for sure."

"The resort was beautiful and very clean. The back drop of Mt Etna and the golf course made for incredible views. The wifi worked in all of yhe outdoor spaces and the spa was incredible. The outdoor wading pool made for a very relaxing afternoons and early evening."

"An incredible stay at Villa Neri for my wife and I. The room was large (Deluxe) and had one of the best bathrooms I had ever seen. The food at the Hotel is easily the best I have had at a hotel and deserving of a Michelin star. We were also very big fans of the hotel cats and their kittens and enjoyed seeing them treated well by staff. Only small points of feedback - the hotel sometimes felt understaffed, particularly at the pool bar during the day. The only other thing was the dated entertainment system in the room which you might expect to be a bit more modern for a hotel of this calibre. Otherwise a brilliant hotel all around. "
