Nice place

Nice place to stay. Great location. Noisy Döner shop across the street making noise until 3 am but otherwise enjoyed our stay. Refrigerator was a bonus.

This apartment in old downtown Bamberg is wonderful. It’s an excellent location and the apartment is well-appointed. The bed is comfortable and there is plenty of space for relaxing. I highly recommend this property.

Comfortable, safe stay in great location.

Our stay at Limehome was great. Good communication and helpful assistance. The automated check-in was easy to follow. Code for the building and a code for the apartment. Comfortable bed, fan to move air, kitchenette with enough items to manage. Close to everything in Old Town.

Everything went well with the booking. The instructions for keyless check-in were fine, and the room was great. The premises are located well in the old city area. Access is a little tricky if you are driving a vehicle, but it is still doable. The nearby off-street parking is a little expansive overnight but if you are happy to do a 6-8 minute walk there is a parking place that only charges 16 Euros overnight which was the best value we could find within a reasonable distance.

Hotel was just alright. A bit noisy in the rooms. One very good this i liked is the free washing machine and dryer. Also when you need attendance to service, you can easily reach them via WhatsApp.

Great location in the middle of the city. Nice and clean apartment with every amenity I needed. The apartment was cleaned once during my stay with a notification the day before. When I came home it was in perfect condition.

Limehome Bamberg Keßlerstraße is set in a beautifully restored property, and the room itself is very spacious by European standards. The décor is understated but attractive, and the overall atmosphere is pleasant. Unfortunately, the experience feels almost entirely impersonal. There is no one around to assist you, while you receive numerous notifications at different times instructing you to handle virtually everything digitally. Ironically, the first person we actually saw appeared shortly before 11:00 a.m. to politely—but rather insistently—ask us to leave because she needed to prepare the room. We pointed out that it was not yet 11:00, the stated checkout time, but she continued urging us to vacate. The room is exceptionally generous in size, but there are some surprising design flaws. For example, opening the bathroom door completely blocks access to the toilet. The biggest problem, however, was something much simpler: the pillows. The mattress is good and the bed linen is comfortable, but the pillows are small, lumpy and filled with what feels like little balls, making them extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. It is a shame because a decent pillow would make a significant difference. Overall, the property looks good and offers plenty of space, but the lack of personal service, awkward details and poor sleeping comfort detract considerably from the experience. I would suggest looking at other options in Bamberg before choosing this one.

It was spotlessly clean and brand new, but freezing cold. The room was really cold; there was an issue with the heating system and the radiators were not heating up properly. The room never warmed up. Apart from that, it was a very nice facility.

Schöne Unterkunft in zentraler Lage. Einchecken ohne Rezeption war problemlos. Teurer Parkplatz in der näheren Umgebung, an der Unterkunft kann man nicht parken.
