You can easily access the historic center via the bus stop located directly across the street which runs are fairly reliable intervals and, in turn, grants you walking access to a wide variety of amazing German restaurants, pubs, and shops."

"Pros: beautiful location, right in the old town and on the water. You can walk everywhere. The room is good sized and has everything you need. Cons: There is a restaurant next door, with a terrace right next to the windows (if your room is on the street side) , so you might get some noise at night. Although when we were here, the terrace was not open, but there were people talking on the street at 11pm and you could hear everything even with the windows closed. Tip: if you drive, don't use Google for directions to the hotel to drop off your luggage (hotel has no parking, but parking garage is nearby). Google directed us to a super narrow street and could barely back out). Call the hotel when you get close. "
