9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,724 reviews)
Staff was friendly and helpful and provided excellent service. The room was spacious and bed comfortable. Excellent space. I appreciated the washer/dryer in my room since it has been hot & humid, so I changed clothes often (late October is very hot). I took advantage of the pool and the Tuk-Tuk service from hotel to main road was an excellent amenity!! Breakfast buffet is fantastic - everything fresh and a large number of choices, so I ate something different every day. The mini bar is the machine in Lobby by elevators - you use your credits there. WiFi was good. Restaurant was good. Lots of restaurants & shops & Terminal 21 shopping complex is nearby. The train, bus & Metro are very close and a great way to get around. 5 *

"Hotel owner and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The owner speaks English, which was an excellent benefit. Otherwise your conversations with locals will have to be done with Google Translate Only disadvantage to this entire area is the lack of any public transportation or taxi service. ..."
