In general a nice hotel but a little annoying that after checking in they then informed us their was no hot water available whilst upgrading was taking place. They also cancelled all entertainment without notice.

Upon check in the property seemed great. Immediately when I looked up to the ceiling in the reception area I noticed mold/dust but the vents and other areas.
