It has everything you need for an extended stay.The place is a bit away from the Hua Hin center but can be easily accessed by taxi or a motorbike. Plenty of restaurants, stores and laundry within short walking distance. There is a very charming coffee shop with next to a fish pond on site The owner speaks perfect English and was extremely helpful in navigating the local scene (taxis, tours, rentals etc). I would definitely stay here...

"We stay at the villa 2 tomes. First one in a smaller villa which was great but second stay in 2 weeks in villa 1 was bad. The conditions of the rooms could be better. Shower head did not work, pool was not cleaned and cleaning could be bettter"
