"I wasnโ€™t very impressed by this property, online I read great reviews so I was hoping for a great experience. Upon pulling in I was underwhelmed by the entrance as itโ€™s shared with a mall and not a particularly nice one. We checked in and the lobby area is nice, they offer some complimentary infused waters and such. The pool area is very nice as is the breakfast. What wasnโ€™t nice was the room and the hallway to the room, I was shocked when I got up the elevator and realized the hallways were outdoors like a motel. Next we went to the room and the age of the room immediately showed. The bathroom in particular was not nice at all, gross grout patch, a dated tub with soap scum and mildew, blinds in the shower(very strange), the TV doesnโ€™t support Netflix or streaming from your phone so be prepared to watch local Thai TV at night. The beach is not part of the property it is across a very busy street so keep that in mind as well."
