"First the pro - the idea of this resort, individual villas, is good. Now the cons: - The staff had no idea that I was arriving. "We loves the hotel. Our room was on the seventh floor and the view was awesome. The hotel is located close to several large restaurants or bars and it is very loud at night. The breakfast in the description says buffet. Every day you have the options. They are rice soup, boiled eggs, a noodle dish and toast. We found a restaurant very close with a great breakfast, Cupcake at Phayao. Amazing!"

"The address IS NOT CORRECT. This property is not 20 mins from Chiang Mai airport as it says. It is over an hour outside Chiang Mai. We lost many hours of our day due to this.
