The hotel and spa delivers excellent service an amenities, I felt well looked after and cared for my entire visit, especially by the security and concierges who made sure I was safe entering and exiting the building and always had a positive attitude towards my stay!
The room is nice, I enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and took great use of the large bath. The complimentary water was also very much appreciated! Overall I think the hotel is nice and worth a visit :)

Very comfortable place to stay. Staff is great, as are the delicious breakfasts. A great property! Hotel is convenient to many shops, including a great leather goods store, and “Its Good Kitchen”, an excellent and popular lunch and dinner spot.

"This hotel is not at all as advertised. There is no spa, massages, etc available on the property at all. There is no hot tub and the pool is cold. There was no one at the bar at any time, and no menus for the “restaurant.” Bugs were pretty bad as well. There was no hand soap in the bathrooms and ..."
