"The room is ok. But the WiFi in my room doesn’t work for the whole week. I reported it 3 times but finally gave up, because the front desk staff was trying to give me random answers. I believe they don’t have an internal IT person to help troubleshooting and they don’t want to pay for an external technician to help me.
